Registration

  • Participants from 2016 can continue to use their previous login credentials to access the site.
  • New participants have to register for the program through 'Register Now' on the Login page.
  • On successful registration participants will receive an email confirming their registration and will be provided with their unique User ID and link to directly access the program.

Process

Part I - QUIZ

  • Each Quiz module will have 10 questions with multiple choice answers.
  • Participants do not need to answer the questions in one sitting and have the option to save and complete the module at a later date. They can do so by clicking on the save button at the bottom of the page.
  • Once all questions of a module have been answered participants have to click on the submit button at the end of the page.
  • Participants will get one point for each correct answer.
  • Participation will get intimation mails about the launch of each module, reminder mails regarding the completion date of each module, results of each module.

Part II - SALES

As General Sales Agent (GSA) / PSA (Preferred Sales Agent/Sub-Agent) Staff

  • Program's integral part includes ticket sales and participants have to upload ticket sales data i.e. ticket number, ticket value in CHF, REA Number on the ticket and date of sale.
  • Please refer the sample tickets – Paper Tickets and E-Tickets – on what details to upload and where to find them.
  • Participants will get one point for 100 CHF worth of ticket sale. Example if a participant sells a ticket worth 300 CHF he will get 3 points. The points will be credited to the participants account upon validation.
  • Points earned from ticket sales will be added to the Quiz score of the module and the combination of both scores will be used to decide winners for the monthly and the grand prize.
  • On successful completion of all modules participants will be given a Swiss Travel Pass SuperStar Certificate.

As Retail Travel Agent

  • Program's integral part includes ticket sales and participants have to upload ticket sales data i.e. ticket number, ticket value in CHF, REA Number on the ticket and date of sale.
  • Please refer the sample tickets – Paper Tickets and E-Tickets – on what details to upload and where to find them.
  • Participants will get one point for 50 CHF worth of ticket sale. Example if a participant sells a ticket worth 300 CHF he will get 6 points. The points will be credited to the participants account upon validation.
  • Points earned from ticket sales will be added to the test score of the module and the combination of both scores will be used to decide winners for the monthly and the grand prize.
  • On successful completion of all modules participants will be given a Swiss Travel Pass SuperStar Certificate.

Part III - BONUS

Bonus Points can be earned through various opportunities and can be tracked under the Monitor Progress.

  • Referral Bonus : Bonus points can be earned for every referral made by the participant, to their trade friends/colleagues. Each referred participant that completes the Full Quiz earns the original participant 10 times the joining Bonus. Look out for your Referral Code under your profile.
  • Bonus Product : The Swiss Luggage products sold to your clients will be part of the campaign in 2017. All Swiss Luggage products uploaded earn 2x the sales points.
  • Bonus Question : Additional Questions can be asked any day during the 6 month period of the competition. Login every day to find out. These questions account towards the Monthly and FAM scores. Got a question wrong ? Try scoring with the Bonus Questions.
  • Bonus Upload : Bonus points will be given to every 100th ticket uploaded on a particular day, week, month or a period. Login every day to find out.
